Warranty & Satisfaction Guarantee

Here at DokLite®, we stand by our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy. We will repair or replace any part of your DokLite® or GuideLite that isn’t functioning correctly. Your one-year warranty begins on your purchase date and continues the full calendar year. Customers with defective parts will receive a replacement free of charge. It will not cover damages by submersion, improper installation, etc.

To execute the warranty, all customers must call DokLite® at 941-244-2306 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first. Also, customers are responsible for the shipping of their products back to DokLite® for repair, return, or replacement. We inspect all DokLites and GuideLites within two business days and repair within seven business days.

DokLites and GuideLites are both solar products. The operation of these products may vary depending on light exposure, placement, weather, and exposure hours. Before requesting an RMA number, we ask all of our customers to contact us or call us at 941-244-2306 and speak with one of our technicians to ensure your products are being used properly.

We want your lights to last for the life of your Dock. All of our light products are rebuildable and repairable, and we stock every part and component in Venice FL. Customers receive lifelong access to our support team, as well as replacement parts and tech. assistance. Even if your lights are out of warranty, we will work with you to service or repair your products. Our goal is to keep your dock lit as long as it is standing. Return Policy

Here at DokLite®, we will stand by our products. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a 30-day, return policy. Refunds will be issued for purchase price of product, excluding shipping costs. To return your product, all customers must call DokLite® at 941-244-2306 to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number first. Also, customers are responsible for the shipping of their products back to our DokLite® manufacturing facility in Venice, FL.
